I am sorry to hear that. I am not licensed in texas. Someone will reach out soon, but I would suggest that you make a note of each upgrade you have done since you bought and have prices next to each - this will help appraiser realize value should be considered higher. You would want to give that list of updates to your real estate broker to pass on to appraiser.
