I am assuming that you have a lender already, however if you do not we can assist you with a reputable VA Lender. You can give me a call as we have several Realtors and Brokerages in your area that I can refer you to that will service your needs accordingly. When preparing to list your property do not over compensate your spending on items to upgrade because the buyer will more than likely make changes. However make sure your landscaping is presentable and the interior is clean and maintained. Also the Realtor will be able to give you more advice upon seeing the property. I hope this is helpful.
