Hello Pamela, I recently signed up with FastExpert. I am sure you have already received the information you were looking for. However, if you have not. I am in the Collin county area and would love to shoot you over a Comparable Marketing Analysis to show you what homes are selling for in your area. Now as far as what your house would appraise for, an actual appraisal would have to be done. I actually had this done on my home just so I could make a decision whether now is the right time for me to sell. Please let me know if you still need help.
