Hi Luke! I don’t live to far from you and I know a lot of Elwood contains areas that don’t have HOA‘s(which is not a bad thing- except in cases, such as these. It's understandable to be concerned about the state of your neighbor's yard, especially when you're putting in effort to maintain your own. The presence of weeds, clutter, and parked vehicles can indeed affect the overall appeal of your property and potentially impact its sale. Ultimately, starting that conversation with your neighbor could be a great first step. How do you feel about approaching them?
