Georgia, the rule important so that you don\'t get in financial trouble. You should have saved up 3 months of payment, 3 months of living expenses and before buying get your agent to show you three comps that justify the price.

Holly, In my experience renovations that are done shouldn\'t be the super trendy items you see today unless you plan on selling today. Go neutral and better quality, if you are staying for a while. The upgrades won\'t go out of style, will look great and will be solid down the road when you decide to sell. Good luck and have fun!

Richard, I think the answer to your question would come best from a neighborhood expert. You are correct that the hollow doors are not original. My opinion is the Solid door is the rest of the home is original. Too ensure money well spent, ask a local Realtor for the return on that investment. Take Care Mike
