First start with giving the home a good cleaning and declutter. It would be beneficial to have a local agent who knows your area well to compare your home with those that have sold, and what projects are worth your time and money. Consider time doing those projects versus currently payment, interest and market conditions. Not all projects add value, but may be worth it! Good luck!
