Holly that is an important question if you plan to sell your home in the near future. But, if you are wanting to customize it to what suits you, it doesn\'t sound like you plan to sell soon. If you do plan to sell, the question should be what remodeling projects provide the highest ROI? This question, of course, depends on many factors, including location. Best to ask a local agent.

There are listing photos and then there are professionally photographed listing photos. Each agent is different, and you should ask each agent you interview about their marketing plan, specifically the listing photos.

The seller should answer honestly when providing the seller disclosure notice, a required form in Texas, with exceptions. However, trust but verify is always a good policy. Using the expertise of an agent you trust is also always a good idea
