Clear out all the clutter in the home that you can. Keep counter tops neat and tidy and free of small appliances and clutter. Getting the home down to the clean and bare minimum allows a buyer to see the house from their own perspective, how it would look if they lived there. Kitchens and bathroom remodels bring the most return to a seller as well as extending outdoor living space.
