Yes! Just have your agent make a note in the "agent showing remarks" that you have a dog. It is also not a bad idea to put a note on the door to the backyard just incase you do have a buyer that is scared of dogs.

I would meet with an agent first. Often they have someone on their team that can help with staging. They will also give the best advice on what needs to be done or things that might be a wast of time or money. Overall, staging will definitely improve price and result in a faster sell!
