2023 President Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors - Drawing from a rich family legacy deeply embedded in real estate, I take immense pride in serving as a third-generation Realtor. From my grandfather's real estate company in Falls Church, VA to my parent's company in Smith Mountain Lake, VA, I was destined to be a Realtor. Homeschooling in high school provided me with an early introduction to the world of real estate, and at the age of 18, I earned my Virginia real estate license. I ventured into the resort market at Smith Mountain Lake, VA, where I honed my skills and passion for the industry. In 2013, my strong family connections prompted a move to Wilmington, North Carolina. There, I joined Laney Rentals, eventually becoming the Property Manager and Broker-in-charge at Laney Real Estate Company. Over four years in property management, I gained valuable insights into the ever-evolving real estate market. During this time, I assisted property owners in maximizing their investments while guiding new home buyers through informed purchases. In 2017, my journey led me and my wife to "Little" Washington, where I brought my accumulated real estate expertise. Presently rooted in New Bern, NC, with my wife, Emily, our son, Lucas, and our cherished dog, Oakley, I consider this vibrant community my home.
