Derrick is a lifelong Oregonian, with deep family roots and involvement throughout Lane County, and beyond. He is passionate about service, and being a good steward of Oregon's natural resources. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Derrick spent the next 30 years involved in project management, contract negotiation, property construction and restoration, general contracting, and more- providing him a unique backbone of experience from which he was able to achieve his own real estate goals; flipping and rehabbing properties. His clients benefit from his high-level communication, calm demeanor, and visionary approach to properties. He doesn't just see through one lens, but multiple, to help you realize the potential and the practical in's and out's of any property, to make the most of your sale, purchase or investment.
