Dianna Schall did an awesome job and informed me as a seller to not sell lower than it was worth and gaining me about 25% more profit. Also I was surprized how quickly she was able to sell that land where other properties of the same size have been on the market two to three times longer in the general area. She clearly did better on targeting properly for buyers best interest.
