ZillowVERIFIEDWe have sold 2 condos in San Francisco South Beach with Michelle Ye as the selling agent, amidst the 2020/2021 pandemic. Both times she did an amazing job. It couldn't have been easier for us. Contracts were signed in less than 2 weeks from listing. She knows the market extremely well and helped set realistic selling prices. Within 2 - 3 weeks, painting, repairs, and upgrades were done focussed on bringing the properties up to current styles and standards for optimal first impressions. She combined staging, digital staging, and photography for marketing the properties in an efficient manner. She interfaced respectfully with the HOA managers to ensure compliance and transparency over the course of the sales process. Michelle did an excellent job helping the buyer and buyers agent to recognize the value, the area, and the potential. This was especially important during the suppressed market where many buyers are hesitant. In one sale Michelle represented both buyer and seller, doing a great job - fair, upfront, and accommodating to ensure a win-win for everyone. I gladly give Michelle 5 stars and recommend her for anyone looking for a great realtor in the San Francisco South Beach condo market.
