Michelle Ye

A founding member of The Agency's Castro District office, Michelle is known for her expertise with the premier condominium properties of San Francisco's South Beach and Mission Bay neighborhoods. She earns rave reviews for her ability to make every aspect of the real estate transaction seamless, and for getting her clients the highest prices and shortest time on the market for their homes. Her unique ability to identify and recommend the subtle property enhancements that appeal to buyers has resulted in Michelle being a top producer every year since 2013 and earned her consistent placement as one of the top 2 agents in South Beach.

A long-time resident of South Beach, where she is raising her daughter Keira, Michelle has personal, in-depth knowledge of the neighborhood. And having also lived in many of the same buildings where she works has enabled Michelle to form key relationships with building management and HOA members. In addition to her passion for real estate and design, Michelle pours the same energy into her personal interests including perfecting her horticultural skills with the Potrero Hill Garden Club, achieving peak fitness at Barry's Bootcamp, and volunteering with Glide and the San Francisco Food Bank.

Born in Mainland China into a farming family with six siblings, Michelle's parents risked everything coming to America to provide their children with an opportunity for a better education and a better life. Michelle went on to graduate from the University of California, Davis, bringing with her not only a bicultural perspective and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese but also the work ethic, resourcefulness and drive needed to fulfill her family's American dream.
