Stacy Blair got me $100,000.00 over asking!!! Stacy is amazing! She did a complete market analysis and listed the house right. Then she did a full color glossy brochure for buyers to take, and brochures at her street sign for interested parties to take. She did an open house that generated so much traffic my neighbors were calling me to find out what was going on! Stacy created so much interest in my house that buyers were bidding on it! In the end. She got me $100K over asking! She helped me vet the offers, she negotiated with the buyer for more than I was going to ask for, and she came to closing to represent me. Stacy is a smart, determined, and professional. Stacy is my Realtor, and she should be yours!

My husband and I could not have been happier with Stacy. We moved to Colorado from out of state (stressful), and she seemed to make the whole process smooth and painless. Stacy was very thorough, sending emails with listings of houses which met our requirements (not an easy task!). She made herself available for showings during the times we would be in town. Once we made an offer on a home, she helped with negotiations in a very timely manner, and I wholeheartedly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.
