Joe was super easy to work with. He is a personable professional. Always made time to show us houses whenever we were available to do so. He was also quick about turn around times on taking us to see potential houses. For example, if we found a house we were interested in seeing that same day, he would set it up, no problem. Throughout the closing process he was available to answer any of our questions and would check in every couple of days to see if we had any questions or concerns. At one point we were considering property in Iowa, and he set up the showing and had one of his business partner's show us the property because he is not licensed {yet} to sell in Iowa. We thought that shows the level of consideration he has for helping people find their dream homes. He is very knowledgeable about how much upgrades or redo's cost, and if he did not know he would find out. This was useful for us as we were considering and comparing various homes.
