She is extremely knowledgeable about the mountain properties - and issues like septic systems, wells, snow removal She lives in the mountains herself, so she is also very knowledgeable (and will tell you) about those things that are never listed in the property description, but that would impact the day to day life of someone living there. For example: property's elevation and side of mountain (how much and how long to deal with snow), local traffic patterns (even 285 has rush hour/traffic jams). She is a skilled negotiator who sees opportunities to make the deal better (got new roof and skylights included). She totally stayed on top of the transaction process, and made sure we understood timelines and key decision points. We really felt like she were looking out for our best interests both short and long term, and not just trying to make a sale. Now, its been almost a year after we bought the house, and we still feel that way. Erin looks after her clients even after the sale (called us when there was a fire in the neighborhood to make sure we were aware and knew what to do). We do not hesitate to call her if we have questions (still) or need some advice about things related to the house. If you are looking to buy a mountain home, you will not go wrong by choosing to work with Erin!

ZillowVERIFIEDI recently sold my rental property in Aurora and lived in Conifer. I found Erin Hoover at the Conifer Keller Williams office. My rental property had been completely vandalized on the inside and outside. I had at least $45,000 dollars in damages. Once I evicted the renters I began to work. I was prepared to work a long time and pay other contractors money to repair it. Erin called and I described what had happened. Thankfully she understood the problem and asked me if we could meet at the house. When we met at the house she walked around a few minutes and suggested I sell the house as a fixer upper. That was a great idea as I was not excited to spend 2 months fixing the house instead of working. I thought about it for a day and called her. I had expected to list for $275,000. During the discussion she said it will sell at $300,000. Also she explained what the minimum amount of work was needed to get the buyers in the house comfortably with the work being on their part. She had targeted a type of buyer I wasn't to informed about. I agreed, hired a contractor for a couple of days and listed it for $300,000.00. I was hesitant but in only 2 days I got a full price offer. I couldn't believe it. Erin nailed it on price and work. Also Erin was great to work with. She was always professional, very informative, responsive, organized and knew what to do right away. We closed in less than 30 days. I have referred her to a few friends. I couldn't say a bad thing about her. It went so fast compared to months of work I had originally planned to do. WHAT A TREMENDOUS RELIEF. Thanks to Erin Hoover!!!
