We cant say enough amazing things about working with Lauren. From start to finish, she was responsive, very knowledgeable, and an excellent advocate for our home purchase. We were referred to Lauren by our family member as we were interested in finding the perfect property in Houston. During our initial meeting, she listened to us, asked clarifying questions about our goals for the property, and quickly setup a portal to allow us to explore options that aligned with our desired area and price point. Buying a property while living in another state more than a thousand miles away is no easy task. Lauren made our initial home visit process seamless. She arranged for us to visit several properties during our weekend visit in a well thought manner. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area including forthcoming developments near different properties and things to consider based on the area. When we found the perfect home for us, she quickly drew up paperwork to submit an offer and negotiated several items on our behalf. During the engagement process with the title company, inspector, and lender, she remained in contact with us to explain any questions that came about. From start to finish, we were able to close in just over 30 days and couldve closed sooner if our schedules permitted. 10/10, we recommend Lauren for your home buying needs in the Houston area. Lauren has worst costumer service. Do not recommend. Has contacted me multiple times to sell my house. Got my number from online and has contacted me to sell my house. Really persistent and annoying if anything.
