Chelsea and Sean handled both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. If youve ever done this before you know how incredibly stressful it can be. Chelsea and Sean knew just how much hand holding we needed and also knew how to relieve some of the stress by reminding us that they knew what they were doing and to have faith in their abilities. We did and they delivered. You have to remember that no one has a crystal ball to know when your house is going to sell but I was assured that it would get done and that they could do it. Throughout the process they were both responsive and insightful. They brought ease to one of the most difficult things you can do and I'm very thankful to both of them.
