My wife and I didn't choose Troy, he was assigned to us through the VA Home Loan process - boy, were we lucky! This was our first home buying experience and we had no idea how to start. With our pre-approval in hand, Troy showed us the ropes. He knew every neighborhood in the Bryan-College Station area and offered good insight about each area. When it was time to make an offer on a home, he had no problem going to bat for a few things that we wanted included or repaired. Even after purchasing the home, he has checked in on us provided great information about local painters, plumbers, electricians and dinner spots. He is great at his job but all of the local expertise that he brings to the table is invaluable.When it comes time to sell this home, we will definitely be giving Troy a call.
