I have been a licensed real estate professional for over 35 years. Before beginning my real estate career, I received a BS and a MS in Education. I taught special education for 16 years in the NYC Public School System.

Over the past thirteen years, I have been a full time Associate Broker for Houlihan Lawrence Brokerage in their Briarcliff Office. I have listed and sold many homes in Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Chappaqua, Millwood, Pleasantville, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and the Towns of Cortlandt and Yorktown.
Many of my clients have been referred to me by previous and current clients who have been very pleased with my level of service and attention to their needs.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized with numerous performance awards. Houlihan Lawrence has bestowed upon me their prestigious Emerald Award, which is given yearly to their 15 top producers, in a company with over 1000 agents.
I have also received their Gold and Platinum Awards for outstanding production. For the past 10 years I have been recognized as one of the top 3 agents in the Briarcliff Manor Brokerage.

Continuing education in the real estate profession is essential. I recently completed the CERTIFIED DISTRESS PROPERTY and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource course.
