A year before I purchased my first home I started doing research. Quite often I would run into situations that I didn't totally understand and wantedA to know the reasoning behind it. So I started looking for a realtor to answer questions that I had. Most realtors that I contacted wanted something in return, either a commitment from me to choose them, even though, I'd never met them. Or they wanted to take me out to see houses even though I wasn't ready for that step yet. Some want to call me a few times a week just to "see how I was doing". So I either got the pushy ones or the ones that knew I wasn't buying that week and wanted nothing to do with me.Then by chance I called lorenzo. A From our very first conversation he showed he was different. He didn't push and when I told him it would be at least 6 to 8 months before I purchased, he didn't run for the hills. He answered all my questions honestly even when he sensed it was not what I wanted to hear. IA called him at 10pm one night because I had a question thatA was important. Lorenzo answered my question and then gave me some really great advice..."stop looking for that hidden treasure house"...lol.Never once in the first 6 months did he ever call me or insist I contact him when I was ready. I appreciated the respect he showed me, so when it came time to look at homes lorenzo was my choice.A That's when his home buying knowledge really showed. He gave me the benefit of his expertise. He pointed out things about homes that I had not considered. This was my first home and I would have made a mistake if it weren't for the direction of lorenzo.A All in all I highly recommend lorenzo to anyone buying a home and especially first time home buyers like myself. He is very knowledgeable, honest in his opinion and 100% on your side.
