I had a privilege of working with Michelle and she was awesome! She video recorded the home for my husband and I. We were able to get a good picture of the inside and outside of the home. Our home needed new carpeting and some painting done in two rooms. She asked for an allowance from the sellers to help us achieve that goal. The owners agreed! Yay!!!! The inspector found a few repairs that needed to be done. Michelle said "I believe we can ask for them all to be repaired." The owners agreed as well. I would have never had the courage to do those things myself. Like she always told me, "It never hurts to ask." After the home purchase, she's still working with me until my husband and I move to our designated location. She will be working closely with the contractor on the flooring and painting and will keep me updated. Just a wonderful experience!
