Joanne helped us several years ago to purchase our first home and we went back to her again when looking for our next house. Along with finding our dream home, she also helped us to sell our house. There is no way we would of accomplished either without her help. Buying and selling at the same time is no easy task and Joanne helped us every step of the way. She gave us some beneficial ideas on what we should do before listing our home and did her part to make sure buyers and agents knew it was for sale. During that time, we were also busy looking at potential homes. We would contact Joanne and have a walkthrough set up in minutes. She was always available when we needed her. Once we found the right house she went to bat for us and helped us to get a really great deal. It had been a while since we purchased our first home, so having her by our side to get through all of the parts of closing was a must. We are so happy with how everything turned out with both selling our home and buying a new one. We cant thank Joanne enough for helping us!
