John Kritsonis brought the knowledge and expertise to the process of selling my home that I needed. I had been away from the market for 43 years, and was not aware of the changes that have occurred in the meantime. John is especially knowledgeable of the Eastside market and the South Bellevue market in particular, since he has lived and worked in the area for many years. John skillfully choreographed and directed the process of preparing the exterior of the house, landscaping and interior of the house, so that there was very little effort on my part, allowing me to concentrate on my own moving out process. He expertly staged the interior of the house, advertised in a targeted manner, resulting in several well-attended open houses, which resulted in a greater than expected offer in the first few days. I admire John's respectful, polite, and low-key manner--especially his patience with me, since the process of buying another home and moving was very stressful for me. He got the job done and allowed me to move on stress-free and financially well-compensated.
