Kara was referred to us by friends as we searched for a condo in north San Diego County. We soon discovered that she was not only highly skilled, but that she was incredibly supportive and empathetic as she helped us navigate the white hot sellers market down there. Kara was energetic and passionate about our quest as a buyer, and we would assume she has the same attitude and approach for a seller. She is well connected in the local RE community and kept us updated on developments and possibilities on a daily basis. Between phone, texts and e-mails, we always knew where we stood as she showed us potential properties. After we came up short a couple of times in bidding wars, she found a perfect place for us in Lake San Marcos in an off market transaction that resulted from her connection with another broker in the area. Kara and her assistant then guided us through escrow with a constant flow of information and explanations of what was coming next and when. There were no surprises and escrow closed right on time. Bottom line: Kara knows her stuff and walks on water as far as were concerned. She also became a good friend who we happily and whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in SD county. Shes the best!
