Sean helped us to to both sell and purchase a new home two years ago. Meant to leave a raving review a long time ago, but my Zillow account had some glitches. Sean was so knowledgeable about the area. He is really an expert about this area and who owns all of the land parcels. You get a good feel for what you are interested in, and what is going to possibly happen in the future around the lot you want to purchase. He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to the Coeur d?Alene/north Idaho real estate market. The biggest reason we picked Sean was how genuine and helpful he was. He is always at arms reach when you have questions or need something. He was always offering to help in any way he could, with things that were not part of his job description. When you select Sean as your realtor, you will not be disappointed! I go on and on about him to anyone I know that needs a realtor. Sean is NOT a car salesman type of realtor. He truly cares about your family, and supports whichever decision you make. He will be the person you see in the store after he helped you, and he feels like a friend. I can?t say enough about how genuine he is. Wish I could have left a review awhile back. My Zillow account was not letting me in. If you want someone who is great at communicating (a necessity when trying to get things done), truly genuine, and actually cares about his clients, pick Sean.

Shawn , I am from out of state exploring areas to live. We connected through a listing that was already in contract and we talked about my needs and current situation. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and having grown up in and around Coeur d Alene he certainly knows the area and market. He took the time to meet and connected me into the Listing Updates and search platform flexmis which is fantastic. I was directed to specific areas and told about access and roads, new construction and established areas. I like him on a personal level and we talked about other interests and recreational opportunities for area residents. I want to point out that he offered on several occasions to take me to tour properties I was interested in but I was just window shopping on this trip. Lastly I was up there scouting for fish and by myself. When I got out of the mountains he had wished me a happy 4th of July that was a nice personal touch and appreciated.
