Dorenda is a superb real estate in every possible way. Dorenda helped me buy my first Florida home which involved a complicated lease back that worked out great for us. We have then purchased 3 investment properties through Dorenda and am also in the process of selling one property (closing in a couple of weeks). Dorenda is incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the local real estate market. She is very savvy but fair when it comes to negotiating. Dorenda has very successfully and wisely advised me on price for both purchases and sales and ended up getting us excellent prices in every case.Dorenda is also extremely pleasant to work with. She is very friendly and personable and you never feel like she is trying to just make a sale. Dorenda is very much about relationships and wants you to get the right house for you at the right price. Dorenda seems to have an incredible amount of repeat business (my wife's entire extended family only buys and sells with Dorenda) so feels no need to push inappropriately.In summary, Dorenda gets my highest possible rating and recommendation.
