We worked with Jennifer Pennell over the course of a few months between looking at houses and, eventually, looking at land instead.She helped answer our questions (we had a lot) and helped us through the buying process on the land we chose.We would gladly choose her in the future for any real estate needs we may have.

He acted as a dual agent on a home I purchased. He failed to suggest a survey to me and I later found out my home is sitting on land I dont even own. He made false statements to me the whole time about the land. After I found out a few months after closing, he refused his help to us. He will lie to you, not suggest the proper things realtors should, then act like nothing is his fault while you will be stuck paying the consequences. I wouldnt trust this man to help you buy or sale a Barbie dream house, much less a home youre going hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt for. Go with ANYONE but Marty for your home buying and selling needs.

We purchased a new home and sold our old home with Marty and Jennifer. They were a pleasure to work with. Even though the current market is somewhat volatile and clearly skewed to the seller, the Pennells moved quickly to help us secure our new home and the results were amazing, both for buying and selling. I would highly recommend them!

Marty stepped up to the bat for us and boy did he hit it out of the park!! We had Marty as a listing agent in the sale of our old home as well as the realtor who helped us with our new one. He went above and beyond on both. From arranging move in days to assisting with inspections, Marty made the transition simple and stress free. We are confident that we couldn't have sold our home as quick as we did with Marty!! Ide give him 6 stars if it were allowed! Highly recommend!
