Phil helped us every step along the way through the home-buying process and was able to use his expertise and local connections to even assist with finding a lender before the purchase & securing various service-providers afterwards. We honestly did not always take his advice with respect to specific offers (we were a little more aggressive at times with low offers), but he always respected our opinion & wrote the offers we asked (it took us a few times to get the right house & the right offer!).Overall, we had a positive experience with Phil & would recommend him to buyers, especially those in the southern area of Monmouth County. He seems to be especially familiar with Howell, Freehold & that immediate vicinity but also appears to have long-established professional and personal contacts/knowledge of a much wider geographic area than where we were house-hunting.

Words will never be able to express my sincere gratitude towards Phil (and his wife Kathie too!). It was our first home buying experience- we went through multiple realtors and just didn't click with any of them (that's if they even showed up). We met Phil at a first showing of a small house that we loved, but decided not to go with because it wouldn't suit our needs long term. Phil is simply one of the KINDEST, most genuine, caring, and attentive people you will ever meet. I truly feel like by the end of our home buying experience he was more of a friend. He was always happy to have us look at a home, arrange multiple showings in one day to meet our needs, never got frustrated when we said we didn't like a house or kind of slowed down the house search, always kept in touch with houses he thought might be a good fit for our preferences, and looked out for us as if we were his own kids. I am so grateful everyday that we crossed paths with Phil- he honestly made our experience exponentially better. I have told everyone I know looking for a house about him and just everyone I know that asked about my house how great he was. If you go with Phil as your realtor- you will NOT be disappointed. Best decision I have ever made. If I ever need a realtor again he will be the one, but he stuck with us until we found our hopefully forever home and we are forever grateful.
