Simply put, Mike is the best. He brings his experience, knowledge and talent all to the table and focuses this on finding you the home you desire. He's never pushy, always considerate will dedicate his time and energy until you are happy. Mike originally helped us find a rental, and later helped us find and purchase our dream home that was extremely unique according to our requirements. Mike shepherded us through all stages of the home buying process, from the search to the settlement (and even AFTER) , and kept our interests at the forefront. Mike also has great communication skills and a super friendly demeanor and is a pleasure to speak with. I sold my house during a difficult time in my life. I was concerned that I would not be able to put all the time and attention necessary to properly navigate the process. My realtor Mike Blum, literally took me by the hand and guided me through with professionalism and kindness. From our first meeting, until the end of settlement, he steadfastly represented me. The first few offers were too low and Mike made sure that I didn't succumb to time pressures and steered me away from accepting an inappropriate offer. I was, and still am, shocked that every single time I called him, he either answered the phone or called me back within minutes. After only 3 months on the market, the right offer came in. Some issues came up with the buyers' inspection and Mike consulted with his Weichert team and recommended experts for me to consult. My inspector was so thorough that the buyer agreed to use my inspectors analysis and recommendations. The buyers also allowed me to make the repairs with the contractor I chose,, which cost far less that the sellers' repair estimates. We all came to the settlement table assured that the transaction was solid. One small matter was brought up at settlement and Mike quickly figured out a resolution that we all accepted. I can say, without hesitation, that I would definitely go to Mike Blum next time I need a realtor. I recommend him to everyone I know and I am proud to spread the word.
