We had previously listed our land with another agency for at least a year without receiving a single offer. Our land was listed with Chris in November of this year and within 20 days we had an offer, and closed the deal a month later. From initial contact Chris thoroughly studied the deed and zoning laws to insure maximum buyer penetration based on home construction type, etc. He also suggested ways to attract buyers based upon a previous septic permit that I had considered to be expired. Instead due to his depth of knowledge and familiarity with the current land laws the permit was still valid, and probably played an important part in moving this sale so quickly. All and all our experience with Chris was fantastic, his frequent communication and guidance through this process was an excellent experience.
