Keith has an intimate knowledge of the Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita area, and adjacent areas. He has lived in the area since he was a youngster and is very knowledgeable with the good points and bad points of all the local areas and neighborhoods. Keith eased us into the intimidating process of purchasing a house, by bringing us into his office and going over the nuances of the market, getting a feel for the property we were looking for, and explaining the process of purchasing real estate. Keith showed me many properties that fit my search criterion, and was very helpful and insightful with all his observations and comments about each property. Once we had decided on a property to purchase, Keith advised us on how much money to offer the Seller, and in a surprisingly competitive market with many competing offers, we were successful in obtaining the property. Keith professionally guided us through the labyrinth of paperwork, signatures, forms, disclosures, etc., and made sure that he was representing us and protecting our interests as a Buyer.We eventually decided not to purchase the property, and Keith guided us through the necessary paperwork to withdraw our bid.We are still looking to purchase a house in the future, and will undoubtedly contact Keith again, and solicit his advice and professionalism, and maybe invite him and his family over for a summer barbeque!
