Mable is absolutely the best. My husband and I live in Maryland and we were selling our home in Jacksonville, Florida. We found Mable online and it was the best choice we made. Due to the fact we live out of state we relied on Mable to do our leg work to get the house ready for the market. Mable was always ready to assist and available. For example we needed to get work done and someone had to be in the house while the work was performed and Mable was there for hours until the work was completed. She sent us the receipts for the job once the work was completed. If I emailed or text Mable she responded immediately. I cannot say enough regarding her customer service and selling skills. Mable was knowledge about the market and priced our home to sell. If my husband or I had a question we emailed Mable and she helped us through the process. Mabel is an absolute gem to work with! I am moving across state lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is a whole new separate challenge by itself. Mabel stayed engaged during every step of the process. She became my in-person eyes by conducting tours via FaceTime. Before the pandemic, Mabel gladly drove me to different parts of Jacksonville, Yulee, and Amelia Island to view homes that fit my requirements. When I traveled to Jacksonville a few times prior to the pandemic, she was very well prepared with a catalogue of homes she found based on my requirements and all pertinent information about them. Once I found a home, she stayed on top of the process. She worked with both the lender and the seller agent to ensure a smooth sale. She was very responsive to all my sane and insane questions :) She never appeared to be bothered or irritated while I was trying to decide which one :) I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mabel. She is a true professional, and I enjoyed working with her!
