Mr. Hewett is an outstanding agent. He has lived in and around north Florida for many years, is very familiar with the area and does his research so any questions we had, his answers were backed by experience and statistical data. Every portion of our home buying process (from searching to closing) seemed effortless due to his easy going yet confident demeanor. Unlike many realtors we have dealt with in the past, Mr. Hewett returned all of our texts, phone calls, and emails within an hour if not immediately. His negotiation skills are impeccable. Dave is a people person and everyone he talks to loves him. This works excellent during the price negotiation phase. He is firm but fair and speaks to everyone through the process with respect and a positive attitude. The other agents seem to respond well to his technique. We paid a fair price for our home and the selling agent jumped through hoops to get us there. When we list this house, Dave will be the one we call. The same goes for when we purchase our next home.

Professional pictures; local, Facebook and nationwide advertising; and his contacts helped us sell the house within the first week. His responsiveness to our questions and concerns, guided us through the inspections, appraisal, and closing. We found him to be extremely proactive at each step. We particularly appreciated the fact that he checked to make sure the closing statements were completed and accurate the day before closing. Although Dave is one of the areas top agents, he made us feel like we were his only clients.
