Sherry was very helpful to me. She took time to show me several houses in the area. When I did find the one I liked she sent several bids in for me over the computer even when she was on vacation. Once we came to a bid agreement with HUD she patiently explained all the steps we had to take to close. Any questions I had she clearly helped me through them. She also took time to go downtown to pick up a copy of the property lines and helped me mark the property with flags. She set me up with honest inspectors and she took time to meet us at the property on the inspection date. She worked with me well from the beginning of the search for the right house till the closing date. I believe I could call her for any advice with the house after I bought it. If I need her for future homes I will call her as my realtor. Also, give her name to others who are in need of a realtor.
