The only issue I had with Curtis, and the reason he didn't get a 5 star rating for process expertise is because when I first went to him about looking at a home he wouldn't show me a property without being pre-approved. He was correct on that aspect; I needed to be pre-approved in order to see any properties. However, he told me that I more than likely would not be pre-approved until I had minimum 1 year work history with my current employer, and better if I had 2 years with my employer. I was pre-approved with less than a year with my current employer. I will go on to say that Curtis was very professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. He knew off the top of his head about every property I asked him about. He knew and understood that I was very green when it came to buying a home and helped me every step of the way, explaining every aspect of the process. We asked that the sellers of the property I purchased have some updates done and he stayed on top of that and made sure that the updates were not only done correctly, but to both of our statisfactions. I asked to see the property multiple times and he was always available.
