Mr. Newsome was the realtor who held the current home that I own. He was very accommodating to me even though he was the sellers agent and not mine. The purchase transpired without a hitch! Since my original purchase, I have called on Randy to show me other homes that I was interested in seeing, as well as give me directions to locations that I was curious about. He has been more than accommodating in any questions that I have asked him since my purchase and is always interested in upgrades and ideas that I have shared with him when seeing him casually around the community. Even with the slump in the housing market, Randy used his experience and networking to find a buyer for our home. He even went the extra mile not only to negotiate renting our house back until we found a new residence, but also to put us in contact with a local builder when we decided to build instead of buy an existing home. Couldnt ask for a better realtor. Randy was always available anytime we called with questions (day and night) and our calls were always returned promptly when he was busy with other customers.
