Julia was fantastic to work with. I felt like I had so many questions in what is a stressful process, but she always kind and reassured me that I was a normal seller and actually didnt have that many questions. Julia was with me every step of the way from planning the sell (what is a aEURoemust doaEUR? before listing) to how to best market my home being sold, throughout entire selling process. The market lurched during this process but she was up front, a good sounding board, and gave good advice on realistic expectations to avoid the negative effects (and waiting) that emotions and attachment can cause. I would highly recommend Julia who has mastered the art of helping people through the emotional process of a home buy/sell and keeping a cool head when things go wonky! All the stars!

This was the best real estate experience we have ever had. And we have had many. I was selling my ailing sisters condo from 3000 miles away. It needed a lot of repairs and upgrades. It was a leap of faith to sign with Julia after meeting her at the home once, for a half hour. What luck! She walked us through accessing the needed enhancements, suggested a great and reasonable contractor, monitored the process, and was accepting of our decisions. The place looked great in the on line listing she put together. It was on the market for just a few days, sold at a price we were very pleased with and closed in a month. She was on top of it at every step. Julia was charming, understanding and professional. She deserves every star we can give her.

Julia is fantastic!!! I would give more stars if i could. I trust Julia to have my back when it comes to either buying or selling a home.
