I started a home search in June of 2021 that covered the states of California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. As a VA buyer, my choices are limited. A lot of realtors are dealing with cash buyers who don't have to go through the long VA approval process. I remember our first conversation was over 30 minutes. Most realtors I talked to in other states usually got me off the phone in less than 2 minutes, leaving me on a perpetual search for a real person to help me buy a place. Susan stayed in touch with me on a regular basis. By chance, a property came on the market that she thought would be a good fit, and she was with me every step of the way. I'm not saying we didn't have some technical detours along the way, but Susan fixed everything and kept the deal on track. At long last the deal is done and I'm a new homeowner!
