What really set Lori apart, in my experience working with her, was her great flexibility and her knowledge of how best to deal with a challenging market. How we communicated, exchanged data, met to look over properties, whatever -- she set her availability up to match mine. And once we got in to the stage of making offers, she was very straight with me, whether it was "This house is at least $50k over priced." or "You'll need to get your offer in by Monday, because it will be gone by Tuesday". At the time I bought, it was a strong sellers' market, and she helped steer me through to find the house I really wanted. Whatever I needed, she worked out with the selling agents, and kept everything on track. Plus, she had Linda and Tim backing her up, and they seem to all work together very well as a team. I will definitely feel comfortable working with her again in the future.
