Katie Moore is THE reason my wife and I enjoyed the process of selling our house and buying a new one as much as we did. A few years ago we had another real estate agent and their disinterest in helping us put us off from the entire process.Not Katie, though. Every time we had an obstacle come up or we became disheartened, she was there with her positive attitude and encouragement. She knew when to communicate and when to let us think, was never pushy but instead she was understanding, and she was always quick to get back to us if we reached out. If she didnt know the answer to something (which was rare) she was quick to find out for us. She was there for us the whole way and made the process less daunting then we believed it could be. Overall, if it isnt clear enough, my wife and I are so happy that Katie was a part of the experience this time around. Its hard to imagine a better person, not just real estate agent, to help us through it all. If we could give higher then five stars then we would!

Katie is an incredible realtor, and clearly has a passion for what she does! She had patience with us during the entire process, and fought hard during the bidding not just in buying our new home but also selling our current home. Katie is informative, has handouts, keeps in touch, and welcomes all questions without judgement. There is literally no one else I would recommend to help buy or sell a home!!

Always very responsive to my needs. Knowledgeable of the process at all phases! Since it was a long distant build and buy it added more difficulty but she managed the process beautifully!

Katie is the best agent i have ever work with. She listens to your needs, wants and advises with awesome advise. Katie has awesome patients especially in this market. She sends daily updated to new postings and communicates status of previous viewed, current availabilities and informs you as soon as houses goes off the market. It took almost 10 month to buy our house. She made several trips took namouras pictures facetimed us and we pretty much made this purchase from 700 miles away.
