Karen, Stephanie, Jennifer and Colleen - and I'm sure the whole team - are PHENOMENAL. Karen was my sellers agent and had me under contract in under twelve hours, with multiple offers above asking price. Jennifer took over and with me starting a new job, she took on the task of traveling to my house in Sanford (not exactly close) to meet roofers, take care of permits and coordinate addendum repairs. On the buyer side, Stephanie was able to get me a condo I desperately wanted even though it was cash only REO and I had financing. We looked at other spots but, she knew I loved it and never once gave up. I also started a new job and she worked with my crazy hours, schedule and time frame to close in 3 weeks because of a business trip. Colleen was also wonderful in getting closing on the buyer side set up so all I had to do was show up, sign and get keys. She coordinated between title companies to transfer funds and just made my life easier. Under stress and tight deadlines, the Wilkins Way Home Team was kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. They far and away exceed my expectation of what a realty team does. Via text, email or phone, they were always letting me know exactly what the status was, and got me closed on both the buy and sell side right on time. Plus, they also believe in local charity. They are truly one of the best teams in East Orlando and beyond.

I had such a great experience working with Michelle, who helped me buy my first and current home. When I moved to the Orlando area, a aEURoefriendaEUR? talked me into a rent to own program. After a few months and after educating myself as much as I could, I realized I was being deceived.
