I am extremely happy with my home after a year of living in it and I am so grateful for Taylor Pylman patients and time working with me. I have known people who have been taken advantage of by bad realtors and I can say Taylor Pylman is defiantly one of the good ones. She even got my deposit back from another realtor that listed a house as city sewage and only informed us it was actually septic till after they got the confirmation I had sent the deposit. They tried to say the contract states its non refundable and Taylor kindly reminded them that their listing was wrong and I refused to sign the new contract with the changes. They should have not cashed the check till I signed the revised contract. When we found my perfect house, she even helped me find someone to cut down and spray the poison ivy in the back yard before I moved in because I was worried about my mother who was helping me and allergic. She was always straight forward with me and did her best to find properties that fit what I was looking for. Also her car is as awesome as she is.
