We highly recommend Della Gardner to anyone looking for a stellar home selling or buying experience!! She is very knowledgeable about Billings and the surrounding areas, and helped us find a home not once but twice! A few years ago, she was recommended to us, and she was able to help us find a home within a month! This second time around, we were selling our house and buying one. So we took our time finding the perfect place and she worked diligently for 3 months to help us achieve that. She was incredibly responsive and we felt that she always had our best interest in mind. She took our very detailed list, and was able to find the perfect house for us! While selling our other house, she was very organized and prompt with any meetings we needed to have. We felt taken care of the entire time! We had a quick close, and found our dream home within the same week. Della is an excellent real estate agent who will put your needs above all else.

Dana is a phenomenal real estate agent and human being. He made the selling process as easy as possible and helped me understand what was happening each step of the way. My first house sale fell through and Dana worked endlessly to ensure another sale would happen, hosting 2 open houses and reaching out to other agents to sell my house. I moved from Montana to Missouri in the middle of the sale, and yet Dana still went above and beyond to take care of the sale of my house and making sure things moved forward every week toward closing. In addition, if things could go wrong with the sale of a house out of your control, they did (Example: a tree fell in my yard after I had moved). Yet Dana continually checked in on my house in person and took care of the issues with contractors, agents, etc. so that I literally didnt have to worry about a thing. Dana is very professional and astute agent. He is highly connected in the real estate arena, and also took care of repairs, upgrades, etc with quality and very cost-effective for me. Dana is organized and efficient as a real estate agent. The amount of effort and time Dana put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Dana was committed to making sure I as well taken care of and set up for this huge move in my life. I seriously cannot thank Dana enough. I would not have been able to make this move without him. I dont normally write reviews however this one is worth writing especially for those of you that read reviews before making a decision. If you are considering selling or buying a home, you are in good hands with REAL ESTATE HUB LLLP. Dana Wagenhals was recommended to my husband and I as a knowledgeable agent in our area that takes the time to listen to what you are planning for. After careful consideration I called on a Sunday afternoon, knowing I would be leaving a VM for a return call later in the week. Imagine my surprise when I received a return call in less than 3 minutes. Dana was out of town but referred me to a partner in his office, Lani Gershmel. Lani called me within 10 min to talk through our plans. Lani came to our home on Monday, and we were quickly on our way to posting our home for sale. We had multiple offers on our home and accepted a top notch offer on day 4 and we closed in 3 weeks. Lani and Dana had a sense of urgency in how they approached every milestone, kept in touch with us every step of the way. It was hassle free and super easy getting to the closing table with Stewart Title to finalize the deal. The entire process was seamless because of their clear communication, including us on the next steps in the process to ensure we were prepared, and they truly cared about us, personally.
