Jill is the fourth agent I've worked with since I bought my first house, and she was the most fun & helpful by far. She performed research on houses that we were interested in and turned up quite a few tidbits of information that really helped us make informed decisions about these properties. She was incredibly patient with us, showing us around 20-30 properties before we found our dream house... and she paid attention to what we said about each and every one. When the house we ended up in came on the market, she made sure and let us know right away and we were able to end up with a place that neither my fiancee or I can believe we got. She also made sure we didn't over-pay for the house (despite my willingness to do so), and really helped with making the entire transaction smooth and even fun. Furthermore, she knows so many providers of various services in the area... we continue to ping her for information about everything from lawn mowing to radon mitigation. She's always happy to help us out, and we're extremely grateful for her service and attention!

Danelle is a godsend. We were first-time buyers, and we saw many homes with her; we were always impressed with how much she listened to our opinions/desires, remembered them, and offered her own insight/expertise without seeming pushy. We ended up using Danelle to buy a house that was for-sale-by-owner, and she went WAY above and beyond to communicate with all parties involved and help make the process as streamlined and fair as possible.
