Trish has handled multiple real estate transactions for me and most recently took care of the sale of my home and purchase of a new home. Experience and professionalism were key factors in choosing Trish. Her advice on listing was spot-on, with an offer coming 2 days after listing. She led me through the many details of the selling process, quickly answering when questions came up. Her knowledge of the market and the process came into play during the negotiation and closing, all of which went smoothly. After the sale, I needed to quickly find a new home and Trish was able to schedule me for the first showing of a property new on the market in a hot neighborhood. Trish is AMAZING! The best realtor Ive ever worked with! She gave me recommendations for what to do to my house to get it ready... down to specific paint colors for wall and trim and granite for the countertops... very detail oriented. She had a profession photographer come in and take amazing pictures of my home. Shes an expert on the Broadmoor area and shes has a great personality... she made it fun to sell my house. AND.... it sold within 12 hours of listing!!!! We had over 12 showings booked the 1st hour it was listed... WOW!!! Ive bought and sold houses before and this was by far the best experience... we actually put the house on the market a few years ago and got no bites... with everything Trish told us to do, it sold so fast it was crazy! We got our asking price as well, which was $100,000 more than wed listed it for before!. ( its not a new build either... early 80s) Trish Ingles is the best! ( before we met her we had two other realtors look at the house and they were pricing it over $75,000 less that Trish sold it for... she really is good and has contacts!)
