We are so glad that what started out as a very casual house tour, led us to having Claire respresent us for our new home purchase and old house sale. Claire's personality and positivity is infectious. She was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire purhcase and listing/sale process. With Claire's help, we were able to purchase a home with multiple offers and listing time of less than a weekend. We were so happy with Claire after her help and guidance with our new home purchase, that after meting with her to review the sale of our old home along with meeting other realtors, we were excited to work with Claire and The Peters Group again. The process to prepare your home for listing and opening your home to potential buyers was a breeze with Claire. The Peters Group provides a stager, beautiful photogaphy and marketing materials and went above and beyond to help our sale go through safely with Covid precautions. Again, Claire was incredibly responsive and would stop over to help us think through the best ways to prep our house for listing. We had such a great experience working with Dore and the entire team at the Peters Company! As first-time buyers, it was wonderful to have such a knowledgeable and trustworthy resource to help us navigate through the unknown (especially during Covid-19)! Dore brought such a personal touch to the process, and found many properties that were a good fit for us.
