After having spent several months guiding us through the process of building our dream home, it was a no-brainer to ask Paul to also help us with the sale of our previous home. From the beginning he wasted no time getting the ball rolling, meeting us there, letting us know what needed to be done (maintenance, updates, etc.) and what did not in order to sell asap. In no time we had our first offer, which quickly turned into an agreement and ultimately a closing. Paul's experience was clearly evident as he took charge from the beginning, keeping us informed (actually educating us) of all of our options, with recommendations, at each step along the way. Much praise goes to Paul's flexibility and efficiency! My wife and I both have rigid schedules at times, however, it was very clear that Paul kept the momentum moving swiftly while she and I went about our normal business, as we did not need to meet often. As a result of both of our experiences (building and selling) with Paul, we are without a doubt two of his biggest fans (and advertisers, ha!). Anytime anyone tells us they are thinking of buying or selling, we will always strongly encourage them to contact Paul!

This was the first home we have purchased, and I got recommend Paul through my friends who are very happy with their home. My fiance did not want a realtor, but since it was our first home I convinced him that we needed one. Paul listened to what we were looking for, he knew we where no cookie cutter buyers. We wanted a home with charm, and in a neighborhood that we realistically couldn't afford. Paul got to working on nearby area's that had the charm we were looking for. He had a personalized site for us to pick out our favorites, and then make a point to see all of our favorites, plus some that he recommended. He never was hard to get a hold of, and was always ready for my calls about going back for pictures. He never once went outside of our ideal budget, and gave us plenty of information about budgeting the mortgage. When we chose the first house we got in a bidding war, which Paul kept his cool and informed us immediately what was going on. He knew as well as we felt the first choice wasn't the one we needed, and we chose to walk away. Feeling down we went on the hunt again, in fear we never find our perfect home. Until Paul's site upload a new showing, we had nothing to lose and time was of the essence. In fact my fiance thought it was going to be a No, so why look at it. Boy, was he wrong it was a home that had recently been renovated into everything we were looking for. We didn't even need a day to think we knew this was it. Paul took action and with it only being on the market for 1 week we got the house 2 days after we made an offer. Yet again others were interested, but I felt Paul helped us to win over this house. We have been in our home for almost 4 months and we could not have been happier. Not only has Paul meet our whole family almost, but it is not often you can say that we felt like we made a friend. Paul made buying our home an enjoyable experience, and I know that he can do that for you as well.

My fiance and I began looking for our first home in April of 2014. Paul was actually our second realtor we dealt with and we couldn't have been happier. Our first treated us purely as commission! We left and were recommended to go with Paul. We bought our first home in July of 2014 and Paul was with us the entire way! In 3 months he NEVER pressured us into buying a home that wasn't up to our standards or what we didn't want, and he actually told us at one point that we shouldn't pay what they were asking because it was too high. Being this was our first home we were nervous the entire time and he kept us calm, and told us that he would do most of the work, and that we just needed to find our dream home. When we finally closed on our house, paperwork was a breeze, inspection was a breeze, loan was a breeze! All because of Paul! We have now been in our home for 4 months, and Paul called us last week just to check in on us! This is service! In September we had an issue with our window and Paul called one of his "people" that came out and fixed it! Free! When we sell our home, we will call Paul! So if this is your first house, second house, rental, anything . . . go with Paul! He honestly made this the most exciting time of our lives!

My husband and I met Paul Sabourin when he was referred to us by a friend. On our first meeting we immediately knew he was very professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Paul listened. Paul asked questions. Paul got to know US. After showing us several homes that met our criteria, but with no luck, Paul suggested we build our home. Best decision we ever made! At first we were nervous, but Paul made the experience a positive one. He walked with us through the entire process. When things became difficult with the builder (which we now realize through friends happens often, no matter which builder you go with) Paul was always there to handle the situation FOR us. His professionalism, expertise, and negotiation skills worked in our favor every time. He took the stress off our plate! He was absolutely amazing!The network of professionals that Paul brought to the table while we built our home brought better quality and saved us money. We still contact Paul when we want to conquer new home projects! We would never buy or sell without Paul Sabourin!
