Brian helped us to find our first home and did a fantastic job guiding us through the process. After months of searching before we found Brian, we were becoming a bit discouraged. Brian was a huge help. Once he knew what we were looking for he emailed us serious prospects as soon as they hit the market. He is very familiar with the entire RI area and was happy to share the pros and cons of different areas. Brian was very knowledgeable and honest while we were looking at houses. He was always quick to point out signs of damage or areas of probable repair. He helped us negotiate a great price on the house we purchased. He also went above and beyond during the inspection process, referring services and even coming to the property during one of the inspections we were not available for. Brian went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for us. He prepared us for every step and was extremely responsive, even at odd hours, answering questions and helping us navigate the process.
