It was a pleasure working with Debra and her team. There was no high pressure to get my house listed. It took me several months to get things done that I wanted to do prior to listing. Debra and Gary were very patient with me. I asked her to check in with me once in a while. I finally was prepared mentally to get my home listed. Debra went over everything we needed to do, she gave me a short list of things to get the house ready. I gave her a shout out, and we got it listed, didn't take too long, and during the process I had several questions, which Debra addressed with professionalism, and very rapidly as well. I did move out of the area, and not looking to buy a house now, but if I was, I would ask for her help.
